🔺Due to weather factors (typhoon, natural disaster, heavy rain, etc.), the tour will be cancelled or postponed depending on the situation; participants can choose to postpone or fully refund.
🔺During the experience, if we must to cancel the experience, due to bad whether or other issues, the cost of coaching fees, insurance, etc. will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. (Those who require bank transfer for refunds need to absorb the bank transfer fee by themselves)
🔺We will proceed the event if small rain, but cancel for heavy rain, thunder or dense fog. (We will follow the rules of The Sun Moon Lake Scenic Area Management Office if issue a notice prohibiting all water activities. We are based on the notice.。)
Important Booking Information
- Please wear sports or casual clothing, swimsuit or water attire. Do not wear jeans👖.
- Bring a hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent, a change of clothes, a water bottle, a towel and warm clothing ashore.
- Please protect your glasses, hats and other items that are easy to fall.
- Do not carry valuables, bags and mobile into the water. If there is damage, you will be responsible for the consequences!
- If you bring photographic equipment with you, please prepare a buoyancy protection device.
- There are restrooms on the shore to change clothes.
- The photos taken during the experience will be used for commercial promotion and marketing. If you have any objection, please inform the event coach.
- Please follow the rules, do not take off your lifejackets at all time. In the event of behaviors that endanger the safety of oneself or others during the activity, based on safety considerations, the coach has the right to terminate the activity without refund.
- Pets are welcome, but remember to bring lifejacket and cut nails for them. Pets without lifejacket are not allowed to join. There is no place on shore to keep pets.
- You can park your car at 水社聯通 parking lot, the meeting point is beside it（Parking fee is not included）
- You may always ask your coach to take photos for you. Please ask them anytime you need.
- Pregnancy (cannot participate), cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, history of heart disease, cerebral hemorrhage, severe asthma, congenital epilepsy.... and other diseases are not recommended to participate, please consider
